Talking about your depression/anxiety to someone who doesn’t get it is one of the worst feelings in the world.
Talking to someone about it who DOES get it, well, that’s the stuff of amazing.
Of course, talking in person is always best, but when you can’t, here are some discussion boards where you can find like-minded travelers.
